Situated in the Aravis mountain range, Le Grand-Bornand is split into two distinct centres; the charming Savoyard Le Village area which sits at 100m altitude and is centred around the pretty church and market square, and the more sporty Le Chinaillon area (1300m). A payable shuttle bus service links to the two parts of the resort.

Other activities

Le Grand-Bornand offers 40km of walking paths and trails, as well as paragliding, local shops and resorts and a nightclub.
