The SOWELL RESIDENCE in Les Menuires is located in the Brelin area of the resort, close to a shopping arcade, 100m from the resort centre (via lift). This recently-built residence offers accommodation in several apartments spread over 2 builidings (with lift): the Pierre Blanche building (reception desk + 38 apartments) located at the foot of the slopes and the Cret Voland building (36 apartments), approx. 100m from the slopes.

Prices are per accommodation, per week, Saturday-Saturday
Not included: security deposit (300 euros/unit), local tourist tax, admin fee: 0.42 cents/person/day, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 55-90 euros. Please note: when collecting your keys, the residence will take a credit hold as a deposit on your card

Centrally located in the 3 Valleys, LES MENUIRES is made up of a mix of purpose-built blocks and newer traditional style accommodation and is divided into several sub-resorts (La Croisette, Preyerand, Reberty, Les Bruyeres). The resort stretches out over a huge variety of sunny and snowy slopes and makes an ideal base for intermediate skiers and families. Les Menuires offers ski-in/ski-out access throughout the resort.

As part of the expansive THREE VALLEYS ski domain, LES MENUIRES offers access to 600km of slopes The local LE DOMAINE MENUIRES/SAINT-MARTIN-DE-BELLEVILLE ski domain boasts 160km of slopes as well as a snowcross park.

Cross-country skiing

LES MENUIRES offers 28km of trails located in the Belleville valley area. Access free of charge

Practical information

LES MENUIRES is easily accessible by bus or by taxi from Moutiers train station (27km). The resort is well-equipped and offers all necessary amenities, including a medical centre, dentist, and pharmacy, cash machines and a laundrette plus a range of bars, restaurants and local shops.
