LA CLAIRIERE AUX CHEVREUILS residence in Moliets is located 500m from Moliets'9 and 18-hole golf course, 1.5km from the resort centre and shops, and 1.3km from the nearest beaches (access via a cycle path). This residence is made up of individual villas, each with a private pool and nestled in private gardens set on a 543 acre site in the heart of the lush, Landes forest.


Practical information

Prices are per accommodation, per week - 7 nights min. (5/4-3/5 + 5/7-30/8 + 18/10-1/11: Saturday-Saturday)
Short breaks (2 nights min.; can be booked up to 1 month before departure; subject to availability) include bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette)
Not included: security deposit (800 euros/unit), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 199-249 euros. Fireplace cleaning (if necessary): 15 euros. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (enquire locally)
