LES PATIOS D'EUGENIE residence is situated in the heart of Biarritz, 400m from the Grand Plage beach and 200m from the nearest shops. This residence is made up of 60 apartments in one six-storey building (with lift).

Prices are per accommodation, per week, Saturday-Saturday
Short breaks for specific apartment types: choice of arrival/departure day; 8 night stays or more: price calculated on weekly prorata
Short breaks (2 nights min.; can be booked up to 1 month before departure; subject to availbility), include bed linen (beds made on arrival, excl. living area), towels and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette)
Not included: security deposit (400 euros/unit), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 55-110 euros. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (enquire locally)
The residence will be closed 4/1-1/2
