Located in the heart of the Cére valley in the Auvergne Volcanic national park and at an altitude of 680m, Vic-sur-Cere offers visitors the ideal base for exploring the impressive Haute Auvergne region or trekking the foothills of the Cantal mountain range through numerous footpaths.
This resort is ideal for tourists, as it boasts an agreeable climate and a welcoming village atmosphere. This is also a classified "station verte" (resort recognised for its commitment to the environment etc).

Other activities

A variety of activities and amenities are available in the resort, including mountain walks and hiking, paragliding, a swimming pool with water slide, a golf course plus mini-golf, pedloes, boules, tennis courts, mountain biking trails and fishing.
