Not included: security deposit (300 euros/unit), local tourist tax, utility charges based on usage, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned): 45-55 euros.

Cabourg is located 16 miles from Caen and 12 miles from Deauville on France's Normandy coast, and is a seaside town which has retained all the charms of a traditional Belle-Epoque resort, such as flower gardens, shaded avenues and the famous Marcel Proust promenade which stretches the length of a vast sandy beach.
