LES RIVES DE SAINT BRICE residence is located between Ares and Andernos, close to seasonal shops and 12km from the Ocean beaches (access via a cycle path) and offers direct access to the Bay of Arcachon beach, approx. 400m away. This residence is made up of 132 holiday houses (either terraced or detached) split into two groups of distinctivly styled houses - the fishermen's village and the typical Arcachonaise houses set in pedestrian woodland.

ARES is a small seaside resort located in the Bay of Arcachon. 48km from Bordeaux, 47km from Arcachon and 7km from the Atlantic Ocean, Ares is the starting point of various destinations: the Bordeaux vineyards or the large sandy beaches of the Landes area...
Don't miss the coastal footpath to Andernos, the Pr{s-Sal{s natural reserve, and the many oyster farms...
The resort was granted the 'Pavillon Bleu' label which reflects the quality, cleanliness and safety of its beaches and seawater.
IN AND AROUND ARES:

  • The dune of Pyla: 2.7km long and 500m wide, this sand dune is quite an unexpected geological wonder and a must-see.
  • Teich Bird Reserve (260 different species of birds).
  • Boat rides around the Arcachon lake...

You will find the following infrastructure :
  • Beach club for children ages 3 to 12 (during the summer).
  • Pets are not allowed on the beaches from 15 June to 15 September.
