The SOKOBURU residence in Hendaye, Pays Basque, is located 50m from the beach and shops, opposite the marina and next to the Spa centre. This residence is made up of approx. 50 apartments spread over 4 storeys (with lift) with views over the patio OR port/swimming-pool.

Prices are per accommodation, per week (5/7-20/9 + 18/10-1/11 (5/7-30/8 in types S4PA + S4PP): Saturday-Saturday)
Not included: security deposit (200 euros/unit), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 55-150 euros

It also boasts one of the most beautiful sand beaches on the Basque Coast, and is the perfect base for exploring the towns and villages that make up the wider region.

A range of activities and amenities are available in the resort, including watersports such as sailing, surfing, diving, and canoëing, fishing, boat hire, tennis, swimming pool, golf (4 km away), Pelote basque, mini-golf, local shops, restaurants, and tapas bars, as well as a casino and cinema. In nearby Urrugne, visitors can explore the "Parc Florenia"; 44 acres of gardens complete with a promenade, which takes 2 hours to complete.
