L'ILE SAINT MARTIN residence in Cap d'Agde is part of a high standard development set on a private, pedestrianised island in the heart of the port, 1km from the beach and 100m from the closest shops. This residence is made up of 64 semi-detached houses with private outdoor whirlpool and mooring rights. There are private jetties around the island holding boats up to 25m long (Please contact reception - mooring ring allocated according to boat size - state at time of booking).


Practical information

Prices are per accommodation, per week, Saturday-Saturday
Short breaks: (2 nights min. - can be booked up to 1 month before departure; subject to availability) include bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette)
Not included: security deposit (800 euros/unit), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 175 euros. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (enquire locally)
BBQs are not permitted on the residence

Situated 25km from picturesque Beziers and the port of Sete, Cap d'Agde is one of the top destinations on the French coastline. The resort, home to volcanic cliffs and a black sand beach, as well as golden sandy beaches and a lively port, is the only rocky headland on the Languedoc coast. Life in Cap d'Agde revolves around the port with quaint squares and buzzing quays, making it the perfect year-round holiday destination to escape with family and friends.

Practical information

The resort has all the required facilities for you to spend a great holiday:
  • Shuttle bus service operating from the station and throughout the resort
  • Doctors and Pharmacies.
  • Nurseries, beach clubs for children and teenagers. The resort has been granted the "Kid Sation" label for the quality of its children facilities and choice of activities.
  • Swimming pool.
  • 14km of fine sandy beaches sheltered from the wind and bordered with pedestrian-only paths. Beaches are supervised from mid-June to September.
  • The resort has a range of restaurants specialising in local cuisine, as well as a cinema and nighclubs.
