LA GRENADINE residence in Marseillan-Plage is located 50m from the beach (direct access) and 1km from the port. This residence is made up of 85 terraced holiday houses, the style of which has been inspired by the traditional fishermen's dwellings which frame the Thau basin.


Practical information

Prices are per accommodation, per week - 7 nights min. (5/4-3/5 + 5/7-30/8 + 18/10-1/11: Saturday-Saturday)
Short breaks (2 nights min.; can be booked up to 1 month before departure; subject to availability) include bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning (excl. kitchenette)
Not included: security deposit (300 euros), local tourist tax, cleaning charges (incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned on departure): 50-75 euros. Mid-stay cleaning available on request (enquire locally)

Marseillan is a seaside resort located between the Lake of Thau and the Mediterranean, 8km from the Cap d'Agde, 17km from Sete and 55km from Montpellier, and boasts a vast sandy beach stretching along 10km of coastline. The resort's harbour is a protected heritage site and the buildings of the preserved old village have remained virtually unchanged since the 17th century, with many even dating as far back as the 12th century when Marseillan's inhabitants were primarily fishermen and wine producers.

Other activities

A wide range of activities are available in and around the resort, including watersports such as diving, boat rides, waterskiing and fishing, a thalassotherapy centre with swimming pool and gym suite, tennis and golf, horse riding, archery, mini-golf and walking trails and paths along the coast and through the pine forests that typify the area.

Practical information

The resort is accessible by shuttle bus from the train station and within the resort itself. Marseillan is well equipped and offers all necessary amenities including doctors and pharmacies, children's clubs, a swimming pol, supervised beaches (mid-June to beginning of Sept.), as well as restaurants offering local specialities, a cinema and night clubs.
